All of our surveyors have extensive technical knowledge and a broad range of experience, which proves invaluable when assessing a property; from how it physically functions to how it succeeds as an asset.
- 01 Building Surveying & Technical Due Diligence Condition surveys, defect analysis, schedules of condition and independent technical due diligence for acquisitions, funding and development.
- 02 Dilapidations & Schedules of Condition Strategic dilapidations advice, claims and negotiation for landlords and tenants, with MEP input, across all property types.
- 03 Project Management & Contract Administration Feasibility, briefing, procurement and delivery of refurbishment, alteration and extension projects, with the client’s cost, programme and quality objectives managed throughout.
- 04 Party Wall & Boundary Matters Notices, awards and impartial surveyor appointments under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 for building owners and adjoining owners.
- 05 Aerial Drone Surveys CAA-compliant UAV inspection of roofs, façades and hard-to-reach areas, with high-resolution imagery, 3D mapping and thermal capture.
- 06 MEP Services Mechanical, electrical and plumbing design, technical due diligence and dilapidations assessments from an experienced building services team.
- 07 Quantity Surveying & Cost Consultancy Cost planning, procurement advice, change control, value engineering and final account settlement to keep projects on budget.
- 08 Sustainability EPC, MEES, CRREM and whole-life carbon assessments, Net Zero transition advice and BREEAM, NABERS and WELL accreditation support.
