Who we are
Our approach combines deep technical knowledge with hands-on commercial advisory, delivered by a compact, director-led team.
Atlas is privately owned and was founded by Lee Davison to offer a more accessible and focused service than larger corporate practices. A high proportion of our work is repeat business.
This structure enables us to maintain close client relationships and to provide a level of personal service and responsiveness often absent from larger corporate practices, while still competing effectively on high-value projects.
Our value proposition lies in coupling technical rigour with commercial pragmatism: we assess not only how a building functions physically, but also how it performs and succeeds as an asset. This dual focus allows clients, whether private individuals, niche practices or global property firms, to make well-informed investment, development or management decisions.
