Typically our involvement will begin with a feasibility study based on client requirements for the proposed project. Should the project be feasible, we will work with our client to prepare a brief alongside the appointed architect in order to produce a scheme suitable for statutory applications and budget costing. During the pre-construction phase we ensure the activities of the design team are properly coordinated, with direct lines of communication established between the client and the design team.

During the course of a project we ensure there is a good line of communication with statutory and local authorities so that construction works progress smoothly. Our project managers take an active role throughout the project to ensure it is conducted and delivered in a professional manner.
